Where are you located?
We're at 707 Old Route 28 in Fleischmanns, NY 12430 — right in the heart of the village, in the converted Old Flower Shop building.
What are your hours?
Hours are coming soon — we're still working out the right schedule as we open. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
When is the market?
The monthly market runs every third Saturday, May through October — both inside and outdoors. Check our calendar for exact dates and what's on.
Is there an admission fee?
No — the space is free to visit. Some workshops and events may have their own registration fees set by the instructor or host.
Can I just come in for coffee?
Absolutely — that's the idea. The café is open to everyone. Come in, sit down, and stay as long as you like.
For vendors & makers
How do I get a space?
Email us at hello@commongroundcatskills.com and tell us a bit about what you do. We'll find the right fit — whether that's a market table, a permanent fixture, event space, or a recurring session.
Do I need to commit to a long-term arrangement?
No. We offer flexible day rates, monthly arrangements, and event-based access. The point is to remove the commitment barrier — try it, see how it works, and scale from there.
What kinds of businesses are a good fit?
Makers, artisans, herbalists, wellness practitioners, fitness instructors, artists, ceramic and craft teachers, fermenters, farmers with value-added goods, photographers, consultants — anyone who has something real to offer and needs a space and an audience to do it.
Is promotion included?
Yes — your events, classes, and offerings are listed in our calendar and promoted through our social channels and email list. You bring the expertise. We bring the foot traffic.
What does it cost?
Pricing varies by space type and arrangement. See our pricing page for full details — or just email us and we'll figure out what makes sense.
Events & classes
Can I host a private event?
Yes — the Studio space is available for private events, workshops, and gatherings. Reach out with your dates and headcount and we'll sort the details.
How do I register for a class or event?
Each event has its own registration link in the calendar. Some are walk-in, some require advance booking — it depends on the host.
Can I propose a new class or event?
Yes — we love it when people bring ideas. Email us, tell us what you're thinking, and we'll see how we can make it happen.
